ONE PIECE MONOBLOCK

 

JASTOO forged one piece monoblock wheels are machined entirely from a single 6061-T6 aluminum forging to create a wheel that is extremely strong, and very lightweight. We can customize for different car models and styles.

TWO-PIECES WHEEL

 

This series wheels feature deep concave profiles, it consists of the forging center and barrels. It can be divided into two-piece forged wheel with straight/stepped type and two-piece forged wheel with pair-locking type, available sizes are from 18 inch to 22 inch.

THREE-PIECES WHEEL

 

JASTOO WHEEL custom made-to-order three pieces wheels comprised of precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, 6061-T6 aluminum rim barrels, and stepped-lip outers. They are available in 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 diameters.

What Are The Difference For Cast, Flow Formed And Forged Wheels?

 

– Manufacturing process: Cast wheels are made by pouring molten metal into a mold and allowing it to cool and solidify. Flow-formed wheels are made using a combination of casting and spinning techniques, in which a cast wheel is spun and compressed to create a stronger and more durable wheel. Forged wheels are made by heating a billet of aluminum or other metal to a high temperature and then forging it into shape using a high-pressure press.

 

– Strength: Forged wheels are generally the strongest, followed by flow-formed wheels, and then cast wheels. Forged wheels have a more uniform grain structure that provides better strength and durability, while flow-formed wheels offer a balance of strength and weight savings. Cast wheels are generally the least strong, although they can still provide adequate strength and durability for many applications. Cast wheels are typically more durable than flow-formed wheels.

 

– Weight: Forged wheels are generally the lightest, followed by flow-formed wheels, and then cast wheels. What Parameters Should Be Paid Attention To When Replacing The Wheel?

 

The wheel, right after being one of the most important inventions of all times, has also been among the crucial parts of every vehicle.When it comes to car modification, many customers will give priority to wheel modification. So what parameters should be paid attention to when replacing wheels?

 

For car manufacturers, costs are saved where they can. Unfortunately, the wheel has become the object of cost saving for the original factory. As long as the size is suitable and the rigidity is sufficient, the original wheel will choose a simple structure and a mediocre shape for mass production.

 

Although the quality is not a problem, it does not take into account the personalized needs of consumers at all. Therefore, replacing the wheel has become another good way for car owners to show their personality after the car body stickers. However, there are many parameters involved in replacing the wheel. Car owners who have this intention should do their homework first to avoid safety hazards.

 

Center hole diameter (CB)

 

Refers to the size of the center hole of the wheel. Although wheels that are different from the original value can be installed through a positioner, we do not recommend doing so for safety reasons.

 

Pitch circle diameter (PCD)

 

For example, a wheel with a pitch circle diameter of 5x120mm means that it has 5 positioning bolts, and the circular diameter they form is 120mm. This value should also follow the original factory.

 

Offset

 

Also called ET value, this value is positive, indicating that the wheel hub fixing surface is outside the center plane, otherwise it is inside the center plane. The offset value of a car is generally positive, and this value has a great impact on the driving stability and cornering tracking of the car. It is determined by the original factory and cannot be changed without special needs.

 

Diameter and width

 

The diameter determines the size of the wheel rim. Since the speedometer reading of the car is measured based on the wheel speed, a wheel diameter that is too large will cause the speedometer reading to be too small, and you will exceed the speed limit without knowing it. A wheel diameter that is too large will also rub against the wheel arch and fender. Therefore, it is better to upgrade the wheel hub to 1 inch larger than the original one, and no more than 2 inches at most, and it must be matched with a thin tire to ensure that the size of the entire wheel is similar to that before the upgrade.

 

The width affects which tire to choose after the upgrade. A tire that is too wide will reduce the starting speed and consume more fuel. Common values correspond to: 185mm wide tire corresponds to 5-inch wide rim; 195mm corresponds to 6 inches; 205mm corresponds to 6.5 inches; 215 corresponds to 7 inches.
