Our company, abbreviated as JASTOO Wheel, is a heavy industry enterprise specializing in the production of forged aluminum alloy wheels for automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles. Our company is located in the beautiful city of Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, China, with a very advantageous geographical location and convenient sea and air transportation. The company was founded in 2011 and is a private joint-stock cooperative industrial enterprise. After more than thirteen years of development, the company's strength has continued to grow. Our company uses 6061 aluminum rods as the raw material for wheels, and all aluminum rods are tested by professional testing equipment to ensure the reliability of the material source. In the production process, we have dedicated quality inspectors for quality inspection at every stage. After production is completed, the quality inspection department will conduct spot checks on the batch of wheels.

Sure, we can provide relevant accessories for motorcycle wheels, including tires, Hubs, drum cores, brake discs, bearings, etc. 

3. Are your semi-finished wheel sold in kilograms or pieces? 

Our pricing for semi-finished motorcycle wheels, that is to say the aluminum raw blanks and the machined wheel blanks are different from the kilogram based pricing method used by other domestic manufacturers in China. We adopt a piece by piece (i.e. by quantity) billing method. 

4.What is the packaging of your products like? 

Our product packaging is divided into three types: 

(1) For semi-finished products, we ensure that the packaging method is suitable for palletizing and transportation; 

(2) For retail finished products and finished products, we use a separate cardboard box with corner protectors. The cardboard box is filled with packaging materials to prevent collisions during transportation; 

(3) For full container product transportation, we use a packaging method of cardboard boxes and pallets. For the cardboard packaging of our products, we use neutral cardboard boxes. If customers have special requirements, we will package them according to their requirements. 

5.Can you be responsible for transporting to the door? 

Our transportation methods include sea freight, air freight, FCL, LCL, and express delivery. We also offer door-to-door sea freight and door-to-door air freight. For both large and small batch orders, we will choose the most favorable, convenient, and efficient shipping method for our customers to ensure the smooth delivery of each order.
