Our Advantages

Product Advantages

Our wheels are completely forged. They are made of 6061 T6 aluminum aerospace-grade aluminum Billet. Under the weight of 10,000 tons pressing machine, durable, strong lightweight wheels are manufactured by improving the grain structure and overall performance, in order to achieve amazing design, weight and strength.

Customized Service

JASTOO provides customization for wheel design not only based on standard models, but can also upon client’s request, like spokes, caps, hubs as well as different finish options, which are well used for trucks, cars, motorcycles, military vehicles, etc.

Quality Assurance

All aluminum material we use must be inspected by professional QC. We strictly inspect the product according to the national standard before shipment.

What is Forged Truck Wheel?

A forged wheel is manufactured from a billet, or a large square piece of solid metal. The billet is heated to extreme temperatures and pressurized to take its shape. This thermal cycle process causes forged wheels to be stronger than cast wheels due to grain refinement.

The Intruction of JASTOO Truck Wheel

We have forged truck wheels with superior material A6061 T6, and through high press machine, the wheels become more strengthen than steel wheels. The truck & bus wheels sizes are covering: 24.5x8.25, 22.5x14, 22.5x13, 22.5x12.25, 22.5x11.75, 22.5x9.0, 22.5x8.25, 22.5x7.5, 19.5x14, 19.5x8.25, 19.5x7.5, 19.5x6.75, 17.5x6.75, 17.5x6.0, 17x6.5, 16x6.0, 16x5.5. etc. We can custom different wheel designs. And there are different surface treatments for your choice, such as machined, painting, polished, anodizing, chrome and so on.

Forged Wheels' advantages

Light Weight

The weight for a forged aluminum wheel is lighter 2 times than steel wheel.

High Carrying Capacity

Forged wheels deform 5 cm when it subjected to 71,200 kg. But steel rims deformed 5 cm only with 13,600 kg. In Other Words, the strength of forged wheels is 5 times greater than steel wheels.

Expand The Longevity Of Tyre

Because heat dissipation greatly cut down the maintenance cost of braking system and reduce the possibility of tyre burst.

Fuel Economy

The wheel weight lighter makes its easily increased accelerating performance as will as decreases braking energy demand.

What is An Aluminum Alloy?

An aluminum alloy is a blend of aluminum, as the main element, with other known elements. Aluminum alloys typically consist of aluminum and elements such as: magnesium, tin, chromium, copper, silicon, and manganese. These alloying elements are not necessarily combined in this order—and, it is not mandatory that all the elements should be present. Depending on the application, the specific alloying elements may be chosen and properly combined in quantifiable measures to form aluminum alloys. However, these metallic elements are combined with aluminum to the end that the new material formed will have improved strength, mechanical properties, durability, corrosion resistance, workability, etc. These metallic elements together with aluminum are mixed in their molten form to form a substance or material that is homogeneous after cooling takes place. Aside from the improved qualities, aluminum alloys are known to be cost-effective compared to pure aluminum because of its lower melting point. A lower melting point implies that lower heat energy will be consumed during subsequent manufacturing processes.

The Alloy Composition of 6061 Aluminum

The alloy composition of 6061 aluminum is aluminum (97.9 %), magnesium (1.0 %), silicon (0.6 %), copper (0.28 %), chromium (0.2 %), and a trace amount of other elements. A variety of aluminum alloys are available. Each of them is specified by a code number, such as the 6000 series, 7000 series, and 1000 series. Moreover, each digit of the number is representative of certain attributes that uniquely identify the aluminum alloys. In the case of 6061 aluminum, which is part of the 6000 series, the initial number 6 indicates that the primary alloying elements are magnesium and silicon. These elements are present in greater quantities than the other alloying elements.

The second digit emphasizes impurity control and that due attention should be given as the alloying elements are combined with the base aluminum element. Therefore, the number 0 in 6061 indicates that no special care is required to tighten controls. The third and fourth digits only identify the alloys within their series, without any particular meaning.

Characteristics of 6061 Aluminum

Some of the characteristics of 6061 aluminum include: good weldability, machinability, corrosion resistance, and workability. Generally, the corrosion resistance and strength are improved through tempering. Tempering is the process of enhancing the characteristics of metal by subjecting it to a high temperature. The alloy is heated to a temperature just below the melting point. Tempering strengthens the alloy by reducing its brittleness and internal stresses.

How to clean your forged billet wheels

Forged aluminum alloy wheels, with their superior strength, durability, and lightweight properties, have become increasingly popular in recent years. To maximize their lifespan and maintain their shine and luster, it is important to take good care of them. Here are some tips for cleaning your forged billet wheels as below.

6 tips for cleaning Polished Aluminum Surface.

1- Make sure your wheels are cool to the hands touch.

2- Rinse off your wheels with a high pressure water hose to remove as much dirt and debris from your billet wheels. It is important to rinse off the lug nut area as well since break dust will collect in small crevices.

3- Gently use a soft microfiber towel and mild soap to wash off the dirt from your polished wheels. The water and mild soap not only help loosen any grime that has been stuck on the wheel, but they also lubricate the wheel surface to prevent any harsh scratching. Keep away from wheel rim cleaners that contain harsh chemicals or acids.

4- Rinse off the soap from your wheel.

5- Gently dry your aluminum wheels off using a clean microfiber towel.

6- If the polished finish needs to be restored to its original condition use a fine metal polish paste and follow the instruction on polishing your aluminum billet wheels.

5 tips for cleaning Powder Coated & Brushed Cleared Surface

1- Make sure your wheels are cool to the hands touch.

2- Rinse off your wheels with a high pressure water hose to remove as much dirt and debris from your powder coated forged wheels. It is important to rinse off the lug nut area as well since break dust will collect in small crevices.

3- Use a soft microfiber towel and mild soap to wash off the dirt from your powder coated wheels. The water and mild soap not only help loosen any grime that has been stuck on the wheel, but they also lubricate the wheel surface to prevent any harsh scratching. Keep away from wheel rim cleaners that contain harsh chemicals or acids.

4- Rinse off the soap from your powder coated custom wheel.

5- Dry your wheels off with a clean microfiber towel.
