JASTOO uses the highest quality 6061 aluminum forgings to simulate and analyze the maximum load-bearing capacity of the wheel, in order to meet the diverse needs of customers as much as possible.

At present, the main wheel sizes for special trucks are 18 * 9.0 inches, 20 * 10 inches, and 20 * 11 inches。

The product structure is a 2-piece wheel, including wheel beadlock rings and wheel rims. We also provide customers with complete accessories such as O-rings and valves.

If the customer has additional requirements, we can also help customers to  purchase tires and beadlock supports.

Compared to other vehicle models, special vehicle wheels have a more stringent quality inspection plan. During the production process, each process in the workshop will arrange a 1% spot check on the online components during the shift handover. If any non-conforming products are found, a 100% full inspection of the entire batch of production will be arranged. At the same time, after all production processes are completed, a dedicated person will be responsible for conducting another full-size inspection and appearance inspection of the wheel hub. Meanwhile, for specific order requirements, we can conduct necessary bench tests.

 

2. What is the warranty policy for wheels?

From the date of manufacture, if the quality problem is caused by the product itself, our warranty period is one natural year from the date of manufacture. The warranty policy does not cover issues such as wheel cracking and scrapping caused by unreasonable or incorrect use of the wheel.
