Neutral packed for cartons or pallets, special one will be charged by customer.

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, our QC will check the wheels one by one before loading.

 

Q7: Do you have warranty? How long?

Yes, we have 1 year warranty for all customers. The date of warranty is counted from the date that container arrives in your port.

 

Q8: What's your MOQ?

4pcs, we can accept sample orders.

 

Q9: In case of quality problems, how do you deal with them?

Firstly, you should offer the problem wheels information to us, which includes the pictures/video of cartons or wheels, quantity of the broken wheels and model number.

Secondly, we will send you new wheels in your next order or compensation for the broken wheels.
