Jastoo uses 6061-T6 aluminum alloy forgings and produces motorcycle wheel sizes from 12 inches to 30 inches. 

Firstly, forged motorcycle wheel /blank produces a product that is much stronger and more durable than that produced by other methods, such as casting. The forged aluminum is denser and has a higher level of structural integrity, which ensures that the wheel hub can withstand greater levels of stress and strain.

Secondly, forged allows for greater design flexibility, resulting in lighter and more aesthetically pleasing wheel hubs. The process enables designers to create intricate designs with greater precision and accuracy, which leads to a more efficient and visually appealing product.

1. If you want blank and do CNC by yourself, just let us know the blank width; We'll arrange shipment within 7 working days after your payment(we always have enough stocks for blanks).

2. If you want a finished motorcycle wheel:

1)Pls confirm the size details(PCD/CB/Bolt size/Surface treatment); 

2)Pls finish payment, and we'll start design drawing work;

3)We'll start production after design confirmation;

4)Inspection and shipment.
