Tire size, model size, expressed in millimeters as a percentage of section width and aspect ratio. Add: tire type code, rim diameter (inch), load index (allowable bearing quality code), and allowable speed code.
Assuming the size of the tire is 195/55/R16 85V.
195 - refers to the tire width of 195 mm.
55 - refers to the tire aspect ratio, that is, the section height is 55% of the width.
R - means that the tire is a radial tire (the inner layer of this tire is made of a radial tire)
15 - refers to the rim diameter, which is 15 inches.
85--Load index 85 means the maximum load is 515kg, and the four tires are 515×4=2060kg.
V - refers to a speed class of 240 km/h.

Refers to the tire section height as a percentage of the maximum width of the section.
Aspect ratio refers to the tire profile height as a percentage of the maximum width of its outer cross-section (crown). Simply put, it is the aspect ratio of the tire.
For example, a tire with a specification of 205/60R15 means that the maximum width of its cross-section is 205 mm, the aspect ratio is 60%, and the inner diameter is 15 inches.
The aspect ratio is 60%, that is, the height of the tire longitudinal section is 205*60%=123 mm.
