As vehicle configurations become increasingly internationalized, the use of tires has also been divided into many categories. For example, different working conditions require different patterns, and tires with rubber formulations are used. In addition to the detailed classification of tire models, in pursuit of perfect configuration operations, there are also many detailed specifications of products based on the vehicle axle, such as steering bridge-specific tires, drive bridge-specific tires, follow-up bridge-specific tires, and trailer bridge-specific tires.

And these special steel rings are not only used for such ultra-wide end-face tires, but also can widen the wheelbase without changing the vehicle's steering axle. This makes the vehicle's direction particularly stable during high-speed driving.

For such steel rims, not only the extremely wide 385/65R22.5 type tires can be used, but also the commonly used standard specifications such as 11R22.5, 12R22.5, 295/80R22.5, and 315/80R22.5 tires can be used. Without changing the axle, widening the front axle track can enhance driving stability.

The steel rings used in vacuum tires are generally deep-slot structure steel rings. Their structure is mainly different from that of ordinary steel rings by changing the connection position between the rim and the hub. The special steel ring structure for the steering bridge is such that the connection position between the rim and the hub is located closer to the center of the rim. Therefore, when installing this special steel ring, there is no change in this position compared to the ordinary steel ring, where the bolt of the axle head passes through the bolt holes of the steel ring's rim plate. Instead, the entire wheel rim position is shifted outward. This is how the wheelbase of the steering bridge can be effectively widened without changing the structure of the front axle.

The main reason why European truck wheels look so attractive is the connection position between the spokes and the rim.

The connection positions between the rim and the spokes are different, and this can be most clearly illustrated by the following picture. Actually, friends who know about European trucks are aware that the vacuum tire rims of European trucks look particularly beautiful. The main reason for this is that the connection between the wheel hub and the spokes of European trucks is located closer inward, which visually results in the cooling holes being closer inward. However, the connection between many vacuum tire rims in China and the spokes is relatively located further outward.

The connection between the vacuum tire hub and the spokes of domestic car wheels is located relatively further outward. Visually, it is not as attractive as the European-style wheels.
