The wheel, as the walking support part of the car, plays a very important role. 1.  Iron Wheel

The manufacturing process of iron wheels is simple, the cost is relatively low, and the metal has a strong anti-fatigue feeling. It is the first choice for low-cost wheels. It is widely used in the initial stage of hub development.
In the 21st century, people's requirements for the quality of automobiles have gradually increased, automobile production has gradually shifted to mid-to-high-end automobiles, and competition in the automobile market has intensified. Iron wheels have gradually withdrawn from the auto parts market and become a mark of history. In today's market, it is difficult for us to see iron wheels. The fundamental reason lies in the improvement of productivity, and the outdated wheels have been eliminated.

2. Casting Wheel

Compared with iron wheels, cast wheels are the product of productivity improvement. In the development of wheels, cast wheels have achieved a great leap forward in traditional wheel production, using a variety of casting processes to maximize strengths and avoid weaknesses, and realize the transformation and upgrading of the wheel industry.
There are many manufacturing processes for casting wheels. At present, there are three main types: gravity casting, low-pressure casting, and spinning casting. The three processes have their own advantages and corresponding disadvantages. At present, most of the original aluminum alloy wheels of models on the market are made using a low-pressure casting process, which also benefits from the outstanding advantages of low-pressure casting, such as good formability, clear outline, and uniform density.

3. Forged Wheel

The forged wheel is a processing and forming method that uses a thousand-ton forging press to exert pressure on the metal blank to cause plastic deformation to obtain forgings with certain mechanical properties, a certain shape, and size.

The current forged wheels are mainly divided into single-piece and multi-piece, two types of wheels, which provide protection for different customer needs to varying degrees. Compared with the first two types of wheels, forged wheels have the advantages of modern technology. The advantages of wheel production, of course, include that its production cost will also increase correspondingly, and the manufacturing cost will naturally become higher.
