Wheel Manufacturing Process

Melting and Refining:
The manufacturing of wheels begins with the melting and refining process. The melting equipment requires strict control of the furnace temperature to ensure the quality and performance of the molten metal. The main refining methods for molten aluminum include the gas method and the flux method. These methods remove impurities from the molten metal, improving its purity.
Low-Pressure Casting:
After refining, low-pressure casting is performed. The low-pressure casting machine uses a holding furnace as the melting pool. By controlling the pressure in the furnace and the flow rate of the molten metal, the molten metal flows into the mold cavity under pressure and solidifies under pressure. This process results in a dense casting structure, good mechanical properties, and high metal utilization.
Processing:
Processing includes heat treatment and machining. Heat treatment changes the internal structure of the metal material through heating and cooling to improve its mechanical properties and stability. Machining includes milling, turning, and other steps to finely shape and trim the wheel to meet design requirements.
Inspection and Coating:
After processing, rigorous inspections are conducted, including dynamic balance testing and airtightness testing, to ensure that the quality and performance of the wheel hub meet the standards. In addition, a coating treatment is applied to improve the aesthetics and corrosion resistance of the wheel.
