▲ Keep the bearings and their surrounding environment clean. Even invisible fine dust entering the bearings can increase the wear, vibration, and noise of the bearings.
▲ During installation, it is necessary to be extremely careful. Forceful pressing is not allowed, direct hammering on the bearing is not permitted, and pressure should not be transmitted through the rolling elements.

▲ Use appropriate and accurate installation tools. Try to use specialized tools and avoid using cloth or short fibers and other such materials.
▲ To prevent the bearings from rusting, when handling the bearings with your hands, make sure to thoroughly wash off the sweat on your hands and apply a layer of high-quality mineral oil before proceeding with the operation. Special attention should be paid to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.

The inner diameter and outer diameter dimensions of the rolling bearings are manufactured according to standard tolerances. The tightness of the fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft, and between the outer ring and the seat hole, can only be achieved by controlling the tolerances of the shaft neck and the seat hole. The fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft adopts the base hole system, while the fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the seat hole adopts the machine shaft system.

However, this is actually very difficult to achieve. Therefore, in most cases, the mating is selected based on the precision grinding used.
